Ca’ del Duca 3052, Corte del Duca Sforza
San Marco, 30124, Venezia, Italy
Sat 10am – 6pm
What came out of that time is not a celebration of Venice's beauty, though the beauty is undeniably there. It is something more personal — an attempt to understand what sits beneath the surface. The worn stone, the quiet canals, the weight of history pressed into every corner. A city that has been many things to many people, and continues to shift depending on who is looking and from where.
This body of work is Dawit's way of sharing that process. Not a final conclusion about Venice, but an honest account of what it felt like to move through it, observe it, and slowly let it in.
